what does a typical week look like for you?
what about supplementary training? (running, weights, plyometrics, kettle bells, isometrics, bodyweight exercises, etc.). anything specific for your chosen art(s)?

Changes with my shift patterns but I try 2 get 2-3 MA sessions and 2-3 weight sessions plus cardio on a cross trainer when one is available
