remember 75% of your training is in your head , take 5 minutes before you start to get the right mental state .
you are training to defend yourself so you need to prepare .

also , diet is crucial , eat right , have a bowl of poridge oats ,( natural unrefined )
before training, it'll increase your staminer and your concentration (no sugar and made with soya milk).

glucosamine sulphate 1000mg or 1500mg will help with ya flexability.

protien plays a huge role try to take 70% protien to feed the muscles.

whey protien , 90%

amino (arginine alpha ketoglutarate) helps convert .

creatine (ethyl ester hcl) builds the muscle.

if you need any of these try , www.bulkpowders.com thats who i use.

twice a day i have a thick shake with

3 X egg white's(egg white contains all 6 amino's) table spoon of whey protien, tea spoon of amino, tea spoon of creatine 1x bannana, 1/4 pint of soya milk.

dont use cows milk as we are all lactose intolerant from the age of 3 yrs , not good for digestion ect.

and try not to eat after 4/5 pm as your metabalism starts to slow down .

cheers

water

water is probably the most important training tip.
try to drink it thru the day and never wait till your thirsty ,try to drink constantly.
if you do get thirsty it means your de-hidrated already .
and de-hidrartion leads to tiredness ans drowsyness , also the brain will de-hidrate affecting your ability to learn and retain .
you would be amazed at how quick this will happen , your body is 90% fluid
if you arnt putting enough in it wont function corectly.
and this isnt coffee/tea/hot chocolate or any juice drinks as they contain sugar caffine ect, they are obsorbed in different ways.
it needs to be WATER :-)
alcohol will de-hidrate you to a massive level , that is the main cause of a hang over , the best solution to a hangover is to drink loads of water.
the worst part is there are millions dying in other counrtys because of de-hidration and we in the uk dont use the simple resorce we have an abundance of to improve our quality of life .
cheers
