Tai Chi Empty Tai Chi

Post by jediwarrior Thu Jan 17, 2008 9:21 pm

I watched a tai chi demo not long ago and found it vert intresting to watch. I was wandering how many members do actually study tai chi and for how long. I`d like to learn more about it and how you got into it and where. To watch it looks so gracefull and relaxing.

I,ve performed a simple Tai Chi form for a couple of years now, it's relaxing and gets the joints working
