Flexibility Empty Flexibility

Post by jediwarrior Fri Jan 11, 2008 9:09 pm

As everyone knows flexibility is important part of an martial artists training and it helps with training and prevents a large amounts of the injuries sustained. What flexibility training do you do as part of your style. I know flexibility in the lower back and legs are important and also the ankles? This is for our Grapplers what flexibility training do you do as well? Smile

Flexibility Empty Re: Flexibility

Post by jediwarrior Fri Jan 11, 2008 9:11 pm

the main thing if your thinking of getting into stretching is to maintain your fluid levels , and start with glucosimine ect , i did a demonstration a couple of years ago , and had been neglecting my fluid levels and regular stretching, thru a nice jumping spinning back kick landed and snapped a few tendons , took a year to heal properly .

just try to keep it regular

cheers
matt
