Flexibility
As everyone knows flexibility is important part of an martial artists training and it helps with training and prevents a large amounts of the injuries sustained. What flexibility training do you do as part of your style. I know flexibility in the lower back and legs are important and also the ankles? This is for our Grapplers what flexibility training do you do as well?
Re: Flexibility
the main thing if your thinking of getting into stretching is to maintain your fluid levels , and start with glucosimine ect , i did a demonstration a couple of years ago , and had been neglecting my fluid levels and regular stretching, thru a nice jumping spinning back kick landed and snapped a few tendons , took a year to heal properly .
just try to keep it regular
cheers
