Total body defence / silat seminar (Public Event)

We are due to run a knife defence seminar in February being taught by Bruenian Martial Atist(Silat) Maul Mornie. Charlie contacted him a few months ago and he has visited our club twice since, the last time being the other day, 27 November. I have to say that this guy is awesome when it comes to weapons disarming, he demonstrated against knives, machetes and sticks, he could read your movements and would counter anything you threw at him. The lesson only lasted 2 hours but it was amazing what i picked up in that time. Alun has invited him back to instruct another seminar which will be open to people outside the TBD organisation, but places will become limited. The course is to be held at Risca Leisure Centre, Risca, South Wales on Saturday 9 February 2008 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Cost: £20 if booked in advance or £25 on the day.
