kicksersise !!!!!!!!!!!, crappy fitness classes

seeing as no one else wants a rant i'll have another biggrin.gif

one thing that realy piss's me off if bloody fitness class's based around martial arts .
if ya wanna do a chuffin martial arts do one , if ya wnna get fitt got to the chuffin gym.
i get loads of people turn up to train and they say "i've done a bit of martial arts " it turns out that they've been to the local gym were a gimp that had previously been pushing trollys in tesco has done a 1 day course in combat kick or some franchised crap like that and tells them they are learning martial arts kicks ond strikes .
the one at my local gym says
tkd , kickboxing,boxing and tai chi .
what a load of old shite .
the person who teaches this crap was a pool attendant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and went on a course.
if i had known it was that chuffin easy i would'nt have wasted 26 chuffin years and just gone on a chuffin 3 day course to learn all the shit i have .
