Kicking or punching?

Which one do you prefer? Kicking or Punching

Kicking:

Positives- Longer reach, More power, easier to block low kicks

Negatives- Slower to recover

Punching:

Positives- Faster strikes, faster recovery, can easily counter, block upper attacks.

Negative- Short distance, weaker than Kicking
