Dislocations

Post by jediwarrior on Wed Jan 09, 2008 9:15 pm

A lot of martial arts injury's are dislocations of various parts of the body ie fingers, toes, shoulder ect. I`ve personally have dislocated my thumb in training and i know many other people have dislocated many other parts. What part have you dislocated and how do you now guard against doing it again?
