Did anyone see the 2 guys on Britain's got talent? They are 2 martial artists showing what can be done with martial arts. Its good to see our sport put in a positive light

It was a good showcase for martial arts and the 2 guys came over as very intelligent and motivated

Yes they did well one is from sheffield not far from me and the other from doncaster. It was a good demo and to be honest they had a lot of skill and timing to

Looked good, I downloaded some of the American display stuff a couple of years ago, it's good fun.
I was trying to do one combination with a young black belt (not that -she's only 15) and we worked and worked at it, then my back went.
Haven't tried since, maybe it's time to start again.
